The heat in chillies is actually scored in the Scoville scale to help one survive the ordeal and know which chilli is best for you. Lowest on the scale is the mild Jalapeno, which will tickle your fancy, move up to the Serrano and you’ll feel like you’ve been punched in the guts, higher still to the Ghost Pepper and you’ll need an ambulance, though if you can’t eat it you can at least use it to remove paint from your driveway and lastly the Carolina Reaper at the top, which is akin to swallowing a Uranium pill, but don’t worry, you won’t be able to taste it anyway.
