A much despised vegetable (to which I argue the honour should go to the parsnip) I think this veggie has had a poor P.R. team and it’s time to give this leafy spud a chance. Named after the city, Brussels, in Belgium.
Two thirds of sprouts grown in Australia come from the Adelaide Hills and Coldstream, Victoria.
